Guitar

I played classical guitar for some years. I do not have much time for it now. But I will pick it up again if I got bored with computers one day. guitar

Badminton

I play badminton twice a week. This is the only sports that I do regularly. This game is very popular in Asia. But to my surprise, not many people from US know what it is.

I started playing the game when I was about 7 year old. I was having an "aeroplane" brand racket then. I could not afford an expensive Yonex badminton at that time.

Although I play the game for all these years, but my badminton skill is still not that great. But at least I can afford a better Yonex badminton racket.

I am the supporter of the Malaysian badminton team. I hope they win all the matches they played. The happiest moment I had was when the Malaysian team has won the Thomas Cup in 1992. I can never forget the players like Foo Kok Kiong, Cheah Soon Kit, Soo Beng Kiang, Kuan Yoke Meng and the Sidek brothers. I still have the newspaper cutting about the event with me. Here are some great picture from the newspaper.

Computer

I spend endless number of hours on computer. My wife used to complain about this when we first got married. But I think she has got used to it after these years.

Some of my friends do complain about this as well. They do not want me to start talking about computers and software. Of course when they have problems with their computer, I am the first one they look for. I help them to assemble computers, setup web sites and fix computer problems.

After I have put up this web site, I am even busier. I got requests from internet users to add new features into my games and Psion software. All these things are fun. I felt that my efforts have been rewarded.

Food

I love foods in Kuala Lumpur, especially the Hokkien Mee. Its taste is totally different from those in Singapore. It is cooked with thick noddles, blended with dark sauce, and some crispy lards. Yummy !! I can never resist the heavenly taste.

I love my mum's Hakka Niang Tou Fu too. I have tasted so many ways of cooking Tou fu. None of them is close to mother's unique recipe.
