素群和淑美到家里跟妈妈学做客家菜肴。
客家炸猪肉
500g 五花肉。沥干、切块
加少许盐
加一个蛋
撒少许五香粉
加少许酱油
加少许花雕油
加半块蓝乳
绞碎红葱头、取汁
醃半小时
用油炸
蚝肉丸
鲛鱼一条。刮取肉
用菜刀背剁
加一茶匙盐
撒少许胡椒粉
把蚝绞碎
鲛鱼加蚝、沾水、丢至粘手
用汤匙或手捏成鱼丸般大小
用油炸
