Took a day off to do voluntary work for the Northland Primary School. It is an eye opener for me as well. The Newater is produced in a process with 4 steps
- ultrafiltration
- reverse osmosis
- ultra violet disinfection
- water conditioning
The ultrafiltration process is using some string like filters to filter the foreign particles from the water. Reverse osmosis uses rolled up membrane. Water conditioning is to adjust the PH level of the water so that the water does not have a sour taste, and also does not corrode the pipes.
